NC Workforce Credentials are high-quality, non-degree credentials recognized by employers that help workers in North Carolina obtain in-demand living wage jobs. The Charlotte Regional Business Alliance is partnering with myFutureNC, the NC Business Committee for Education, (NCBCE), the NC Community College System (NCCCS), NC Department of Commerce, NCWorks Commission, and the NC Association of Workforce Development Boards to strengthen the North Carolina workforce. These partners have been working together to define NC Workforce Credentials and Work-Based Learning models to support employer needs and employee development across the state.
